This policy describes what information LumenCast collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, company name, and logo (if provided).
- Project data: property photos you upload, configuration choices, generated renders, and client/project details you enter.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only customer and subscription identifiers — no card numbers.
- Usage data: render counts, model used, and basic timestamps for analytics and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To operate the Service, generate renders, and deliver them to you.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- To send transactional email (account, billing, support).
Subprocessors
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, file storage, authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google (Gemini) via Lovable AI Gateway — image generation. Photos are sent to the model only to produce the requested render and are not used by the provider for training.
Data retention
Project images and renders are retained while your account is active. You may delete projects at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
Sharing
Project share links contain a random token; anyone with the link can view the linked render until you delete it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
